Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2, 2026

These Terms govern uomo.co, UOMO applications, the UOMO 12-week program, and related services operated by MMOD, Inc. ("UOMO," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using these services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and meet the program's age and location requirements to participate. The first program is designed for men aged 30 and over. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. You may use UOMO only where it is lawful and available.

2. Program and payment

The 12-week program includes remote training, nutrition support, check-ins, and coordination with independent health professionals as described before purchase. Before checkout, we show the full price, payment schedule, and any required fees.

Stripe processes payments. UOMO does not store full payment-card numbers. Your payment authorizes the displayed charge and schedule. Applicable taxes and any required fees will be shown before payment.

If, after your onboarding call, the physician intake finds a contraindication, you may request a refund within seven days of that call. The refund is reduced by the cost of any kit already shipped. Other refunds are provided where required by law or for a verified duplicate charge, payment error, or qualifying service failure. Contact hi@uomo.co with your purchase reference.

3. UOMO is not a medical provider

UOMO provides coaching, training, nutrition support, and program coordination. UOMO does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Physicians and nurses are independent licensed providers who make their own clinical decisions and contract with you separately. They determine whether testing, treatment, or a prescription is appropriate and bill you or your insurer separately. UOMO does not promise any prescription, medical outcome, or fitness result.

Do not use UOMO for emergencies. Contact emergency services or a qualified clinician when you need urgent medical care. Ask your physician before starting or changing exercise, diet, medication, or treatment.

4. Accounts and user content

Keep control of the email address connected to your account and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account. You retain ownership of content you submit. You give MMOD, Inc. a limited license to host and process that content to provide, secure, and support the service. We use progress photos or testimonials in marketing only with your separate written consent.

5. Calls and recordings

We may record qualifying calls only after giving notice. The booking page and confirmation will disclose recording. At the start of the call, you may ask us to stop recording. We store recordings privately and handle deletion requests as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or infringing material, impersonate another person, or attempt to access another user's information. We may suspend access when reasonably needed for security, safety, law, payment risk, or a material breach.

7. Availability and disclaimer

Services and features may change or be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and digital services are provided "as is" and "as available." Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded. Results vary; UOMO does not guarantee a specific health, fitness, weight, or medical outcome.

8. Liability and indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MMOD, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity. Their total liability arising from UOMO will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid UOMO during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where law does not allow them.

You agree to indemnify MMOD, Inc. against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, your content, or your material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms as UOMO or the law changes. We will post the effective date and provide additional notice when required. California law governs these Terms, except for mandatory consumer protections where you live. Subject to those protections, disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts serving San Francisco County, California. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective.

10. Privacy and contact

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we process information and how to change optional measurement choices.
